1. If you play without an account

The Android app does not require an account. If you have never signed in, everything you have — cleared levels, coins and unlocked sets — is stored only on your device, and we hold no copy of it on our servers. Uninstalling the app deletes that data permanently.

2. How to delete your account

If you do have an account, follow these steps:

• Sign in at the login page.
• Go to your profile page.
• Choose “Delete account” at the bottom of the page.
• Enter your password to confirm.

Alternatively, email support@velovid.net from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”, and we will action the request for you.

3. What is deleted

• Your email address and username
• Profile details (avatar, bio)
• Game history, moves, rating and statistics
• Coins, unlocked piece sets and board themes, and level progress
• Friends and invitations

4. What we keep, and for how long

• Transaction records. Kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, even after the account is deleted.
• Aggregated, anonymised statistics. These cannot be linked back to you and are not deleted.
• Backups. Your data is purged from backups within 90 days at the latest.

Account deletion is completed within 30 days of the request, and in most cases immediately.
